Welcome to Oxigroom. By using this website or booking our mobile grooming services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional grooming for dogs and manageable cats, by appointment only.
We do not offer sedation or lion cuts, for the wellbeing of the animals.
We only accept cats that are used to human handling. We reserve the right to refuse service to pets that pose a risk to themselves or to our staff.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee.
In case of a no-show without notice, a deposit may be required for future bookings.

4. Payments

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved digital payment methods.
Payment is due at the time the service is completed.
Oxigroom reserves the right to apply additional charges when extra time or care is required—such as severe matting, mobility issues, or special health conditions.

5. Pet Health & Behavior

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, aggressive behavior, or special needs before the service.
Oxigroom is not responsible for adverse reactions to products or grooming processes if not previously disclosed.

6. Liability

Our groomers work with care and professionalism, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, behavioral changes, or unforeseen incidents.
We do not offer veterinary diagnoses or medical services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logo, and design—is the property of Oxigroom and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior authorization.

8. Modifications

Oxigroom reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, without prior notice. The current version will always be available on this website.
